Standard Insurance - Includes basic coverage (collision or theft) but is subject to a deductible.
All-Inclusive Insurance - Includes full coverage, with no deductible, covering damage, theft, and roadside assistance, providing complete peace of mind for the driver.
General conditions:
Delivery and collection fee:
The vehicle delivery and collection fee varies depending on the chosen location; at Hotel Vila Valverde it is €10 including VAT, per delivery or collection.
Reservation Change:
You can change your booking free of charge, provided you notify Europcar of such changes up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. Please note that if you change your booking, new rental prices may apply, and you should always use the same communication channel you used for the first booking.
Cancellations and no-shows:
Cancellation: You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you give Europcar 48 hours' notice before the car pick-up time.
Late cancellation: If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours' notice to Europcar, you may have to pay a fee of up to €50 for "Late Cancellation". This fee will not exceed the price of your rental if it is lower.
No Show: If you did not cancel your reservation and did not show up at the station to pick up your car, you may have to pay "No Show" costs of up to €95. If the rental amount is less than this, this cost will be equal to the price of your rental.
In the case of a prepaid reservation, the prepaid amount will be refunded, deducting the "Late Cancellation" fee.
If the reservation has not been paid for in advance, this cost will be deducted from the same payment method used.
In the event of a reservation not paid in advance and in the absence of means of payment, you will be responsible for paying the costs of the "No Show", unless you can prove that it was a case of "Force Majeure"*.
Fuel Policies:
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel.
